National Auto Care Acquires Five F&I Agencies

National Auto Care (NAC) acquired five independent finance & insurance (F&I) agencies — Profit Concepts, Pinnacle Dealer Services, Pritchard Insurance, RRC Companies, and Ace Financial Development Group — to accelerate its West Coast and Midwest expansion. The agencies’ principals will remain involved in day-to-day operations while leveraging NAC’s products, claims management and technology to grow dealer relationships and geographic footprint.
