Navisite, backed by Madison Dearborn Partners, has acquired Velocity Technology Solutions, a global cloud managed service provider headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. The acquisition expands Navisite’s managed cloud and enterprise application (ERP) capabilities — adding Velocity’s VCAMP platform, ERP application expertise and broader public-cloud managed services to Navisite’s portfolio.
