Nayax Ltd. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Retail Pro International, a global retail point-of-sale (POS) software provider. The deal, valued at an implied enterprise value of $36.5 million (cash-free, debt-free), is expected to close in Q4 2023, subject to customary conditions and earnout targets.
