Neptune Retail Solutions (NRS) acquired RevTrax, an offer-management and promotions marketing platform, with RevTrax’s founding leadership joining NRS’s executive team to accelerate integration. The deal aims to combine RevTrax’s AI-driven Offer Management Platform and first‑party data capabilities with NRS’s in‑store network and shopper data to expand personalization, fraud prevention and omnichannel promotional capabilities at scale.
