NerdWallet Acquires Fundera

NerdWallet has acquired Fundera, a New York–based online marketplace that connects small and medium-sized businesses with lenders and other financial products. Fundera will become a NerdWallet subsidiary and its team will join NerdWallet as the company expands its offerings into the SMB lending and small-business financial guidance market.
