Netmore Group Acquires Everynet to Expand LoRaWAN Coverage Across Latin America and APAC

Netmore Group announced the acquisition of LoRaWAN network operator Everynet, expanding Netmore’s direct presence to 17 countries and increasing total active devices under management to 2.3 million+ (with 1 million+ Everynet provisioned sensors). The transaction was designed to strengthen LPWAN/LoRaWAN capabilities, add coverage/densification capacity, and immediately open new customer opportunities in regions including Latin America (notably Brazil).

NewNet Communication Technologies, a Skyview Capital portfolio company, announced plans to acquire the WiMAX business from Nokia Siemens Networks, including the full product portfolio, related employees and assets, and active customer and supplier contracts.
