Netmore Group Acquires Everynet to Expand LoRaWAN Coverage Across Latin America and APAC

Netmore Group announced the acquisition of LoRaWAN network operator Everynet, expanding Netmore’s direct presence to 17 countries and increasing total active devices under management to 2.3 million+ (with 1 million+ Everynet provisioned sensors). The transaction was designed to strengthen LPWAN/LoRaWAN capabilities, add coverage/densification capacity, and immediately open new customer opportunities in regions including Latin America (notably Brazil).

Wireless Logic Acquires Things Mobile

Wireless Logic, a Montagu-backed global IoT connectivity platform, has acquired Milan-based IoT connectivity provider Things Mobile. The deal, completed on 9 July 2021, expands Wireless Logic's European footprint and capabilities across end markets including energy, eHealth and micro-mobility; the Things Mobile team will remain led by co-founder and CEO Manuel Zanella.

insightsoftware Acquires Legerity

The deal brings Legerity’s IFRS and complex accounting automation capabilities into insightsoftware’s consolidation and close offerings and expands insightsoftware’s presence in Europe, adding capabilities for insurance, banking, and telecommunications customers.

Options Technology (Abry-backed) Acquires ACTIV Financial

Tofane Global Acquires Simfony (added to iBASIS IoT portfolio)

The deal adds Simfony's eSIM/eUICC-enabled connectivity management, MVNE stack and a Romania development centre to iBASIS' capabilities and strengthens its operations in the Netherlands.

Telit Acquires Mobilogix Group Assets

Telit has acquired group assets from California-based startup Mobilogix to add custom IoT device design and engineering capabilities. Mobilogix personnel and offices will relocate into Telit's Irvine headquarters, expanding Telit's end-to-end IoT solution offering and speeding customers' time-to-market.
