Netmore Group has acquired Paris-based Actility, including its Abeeway subsidiary, combining Netmore's carrier-grade LoRaWAN network operations with Actility's ThingPark platform and geolocation products. The deal creates a unified global LoRaWAN ecosystem with over 14 million contracted IoT devices and expands Netmore's reach across utilities, buildings, smart cities, industrial and asset-tracking markets.
