Telecommunications Acquisitions in 2026

Wireless Logic has acquired Comms365, a UK-based IoT connectivity and managed-network specialist, to broaden its connectivity and IoT service capabilities and strengthen its footprint in the UK market. Comms365 will continue to operate as a standalone business with leadership changes including John Whitty becoming CEO and co-founder Mike van Bunnens stepping away after a handover.

SecureVision, a Snowhawk-backed bulk broadband provider for multifamily dwelling units (MDUs), acquired IPacket Networks and ENCO's bulk connectivity business to expand its Gulf Coast footprint. The add-on deals deepen SecureVision's presence in Northwest Florida (including Destin and Panama City Beach), increase regional density and bring the platform to more than 30,000 served units.

Submer, the Barcelona-based AI infrastructure provider, has acquired Radian Arc Operations Pty Ltd, an Australia-based telco-embedded GPU edge IaaS platform provider. The deal expands Submer's InferX NVIDIA Cloud Partner offering with Radian Arc's carrier-embedded edge capabilities, enabling sovereign, low-latency AI and cloud gaming workloads inside telecommunications networks.

AT&T has completed the $5.75 billion all-cash acquisition of substantially all of Lumen Technologies' Mass Markets fiber business, adding more than 1 million fiber subscribers and expanding AT&T's fiber footprint across 32 states. The deal brings access to over 4 million customer locations and Lumen's fiber construction capabilities, supporting AT&T's goal of reaching more than 60 million fiber locations by 2030 and enabling deeper converged broadband and 5G customer relationships.

Transaction Network Services (TNS) has completed its acquisition of BT's Radianz business, integrating Radianz into TNS's global Financial Markets offering. The deal expands TNS's market connectivity footprint and capability, bringing Radianz's secure connectivity services and clients into TNS's ultra-low-latency trading, market data and hosting platform.

Geoforce, a Plano, Texas-based provider of rugged asset intelligence solutions, has acquired AssetLink Global, a specialist in satellite-enabled remote monitoring and sensor-integration for defense, maritime, rail and other field-centric industries. AssetLink Global will continue to be led by CEO David Goldstein and will operate within the Geoforce organization, strengthening Geoforce's satellite communications, edge intelligence and defense-grade monitoring capabilities.

IonQ has completed its acquisition of Skyloom Global Corp., a U.S.-based developer of lightwave-optics and free-space optical communications terminals. The deal brings Skyloom's photonic systems and secure, high-bandwidth communications capabilities into IonQ's portfolio to accelerate the company's quantum networking, quantum key distribution, and secure communications roadmap for government, aerospace, defense and commercial customers.

Netmore Group has acquired Paris-based Actility, including its Abeeway subsidiary, combining Netmore's carrier-grade LoRaWAN network operations with Actility's ThingPark platform and geolocation products. The deal creates a unified global LoRaWAN ecosystem with over 14 million contracted IoT devices and expands Netmore's reach across utilities, buildings, smart cities, industrial and asset-tracking markets.

NetSpark IP & Telecom completed its ninth and tenth acquisitions with the purchases of Helios Solutions Group (Chicago, Illinois) and Edge Insights (Wyomissing, Pennsylvania). The deals expand NetSpark's national telecom and managed-services platform, deepen partner and marketplace relationships, and retain employees and founders to support integration and continued customer service.

Pulsar International has acquired a controlling interest in Istanbul-based Navee Technology and established a new operating entity, Pulsar Türkiye. The deal pairs Pulsar's global managed satellite connectivity platform with Navee's local maritime installation, service, and marine electronics capabilities to expand Pulsar's commercial maritime footprint in Türkiye, the Eastern Mediterranean, and the Black Sea.

OptConnect has acquired Canada-based DPL Wireless to expand engineering capabilities and add AI-based device intelligence to its global managed IoT connectivity platform. DPL will operate as a division of OptConnect with headquarters in Moncton, New Brunswick, and its Hercules AI platform will be integrated with OptConnect's ConnectIQ to improve uptime and analytics for ATMs and other IoT deployments.

Amphenol Corporation announced an open offer to acquire up to 1,196,000 equity shares (26.0% of voting share capital) of ADC India Communications Limited following its completed acquisition of the Connectivity and Cable Solutions business from Vistance Networks, Inc. The offer price is INR 1,233.59 per share (total consideration of INR 1,475,373,640 if fully accepted, ~US$16.36 million) and is being made to public shareholders under SEBI (SAST) Regulations.

Broadtree Partners portfolio company Triage Partners has acquired Benton Technical Services and J. Carlson Services, two turnkey telecommunications services providers specializing in fiber/FTTH and OSP construction. The add-on acquisitions expand Triage's fiber buildout, installation, splicing, and repair capabilities and position the combined business to offer full turnkey solutions to telecom operators, electric cooperatives, and broadband providers across the United States.
