Deutsche Telekom To Acquire Fiberhost And Inea For About €1 Billion

Deutsche Telekom has agreed to acquire 100% of Fiberhost and Inea for an enterprise valuation of approximately €1 billion. The deal expands T-Mobile Polska’s fixed broadband footprint, including ownership of Fiberhost’s fiber-to-the-home network passing more than 1.4 million homes, and adds more than 300,000 Inea customers.
