SurgePays, Inc. formed Redline Wireless Group, LLC as a joint venture to expand its prepaid wireless distribution nationwide. Redline combines SurgePays’ MVNO infrastructure (including the LinkUp Mobile brand and support systems) with a large independent dealer footprint of 20,000+ active prepaid wireless dealers managed by a contributing wireless master distribution organization.
