Noble Mobile Acquires Helium Mobile

Noble Mobile, founded in 2025 by Andrew Yang, announced it has acquired Helium Mobile to expand affordable wireless coverage across the United States. As part of the deal, Noble will also utilize Helium’s people-powered Helium Network infrastructure to add coverage for subscribers.
