Helios Technologies Acquires NEM S.r.l.

Helios Technologies (Nasdaq: HLIO) completed the acquisition of NEM S.r.l., an Italian hydraulic solutions and valve manufacturer. The deal expands Helios' electro-hydraulic product offering, deepens its presence in Europe (Emilia-Romagna) and adds capability to serve OEMs across material handling, construction, industrial vehicle and agricultural markets.
