Helio Intelligence Acquires Dods' EU Business

Bowmark-backed Helio Intelligence, the group formed from DeHavilland and Forefront Advisers, has acquired Dods' EU business, including Dods Germany and Dods France. The deal brings roughly 300 additional clients to the group (taking its European client base to over 1,000) and expands Helio's national monitoring products and political intelligence coverage across the EU.
