Next Glass has acquired Ekos, the Charlotte-based supply chain and production management SaaS platform for craft beverage producers. The deal brings Ekos's inventory, production, reporting, compliance, and B2B ordering capabilities into Next Glass's beverage software ecosystem to create an end-to-end platform and will include a two-year price freeze for existing Ekos customers.

Full Glass Wine Co., a Los Angeles-based brand acquisition and management firm, closed a $14 million Series A led by Shea Ventures and acquired Bright Cellars, a direct-to-consumer subscription wine service headquartered in Milwaukee. The deal expands Full Glass Wine Co.'s DTC subscription portfolio (joining Winc and Wine Insiders) and supports the company's strategy to centralize operations, marketing, and technology across its multi-brand platform.

WatchGuard Acquires CyGlass Technology Services

The acquisition is intended to add Network Detection and Response (NDR) and accelerate Open XDR capabilities for WatchGuard’s partners and customers, particularly MSPs and mid-sized enterprises.

Next Glass acquired Vancouver-based Ollie Order, a Canadian omnichannel multi-tenant alcohol marketplace platform that powers ordering, inventory, payments, invoicing, CRM and government reporting for producers, wholesalers and retailers. Ollie’s founders (Ryan Wilson, Jesse Bannister and Mike Macquisten) will remain in leadership with Ryan Wilson continuing as Ollie CEO and becoming President of Next Glass’s newly formed Next Glass Commerce division. The deal expands Next Glass’s commerce capabilities and accelerates geographic expansion beyond British Columbia into additional Canadian provinces and the U.S.
