ProAmpac, a Cincinnati-based flexible packaging company owned by Pritzker Private Capital, has acquired APC Paper Group, a producer of 100% recycled kraft paper packaging with mills in New Hampshire and New York. The add-on acquisition expands ProAmpac's paper manufacturing capabilities and strengthens its position in recyclable and sustainable packaging products.

Prime Pensions Acquires Associated Pension Consultants

Prime Pensions, a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital, has completed the acquisition of Associated Pension Consultants (APC), a Sacramento-based provider of retirement plan design, administration and consulting services. APC's management, led by Partner and President Marc Roberts, will remain in place as Prime Pensions expands its retirement services platform and presence in the Western United States.

Nichols Portland, Inc., a portfolio company of Altus Capital Partners, acquired the assets of Alpha Precision Group, LLC (APG). APG is a diversified metal-forming manufacturer (powder metallurgy, metal injection molding, additive manufacturing and precision valve assemblies) headquartered in St. Marys, Pennsylvania, with five plants across Pennsylvania and Michigan and over 400 employees; financial terms were not disclosed.

Big Shoulders Capital Affiliate Acquires Assets of Design Molded Plastics

A Big Shoulders Capital affiliate completed an asset purchase of Design Molded Plastics, a 40-year-old custom plastic injection molder in Macedonia, Ohio, preserving more than 50 jobs. The investor plans operational improvements, management restructuring, and growth through external sales and bolt-on acquisitions to expand capacity and customer relationships.

Nautic Partners Acquires Aurora Plastics

Nautic Partners has completed the acquisition of Aurora Plastics, a Streetsboro, Ohio-based producer of PVC and custom polymer compounds, in partnership with Aurora management. The seller parties were Wind Point Partners and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board; financing for the deal was led by Antares Capital and Carlyle Global Credit, and Nautic says it will support Aurora's growth and pursue acquisitions in the fragmented specialty compounds market.

ARCH Medical Solutions Acquires American Prosthetic Components
