NOVA Infrastructure has completed the acquisition of approximately 70% of the common shares of UGE International Ltd., a community solar and battery storage developer and operator. NOVA will partner with UGE's management and provide acquisition and growth capital to scale the company's community solar and battery storage platform across the U.S.
