Financial terms were not disclosed; Newterra's CEO Tom Vossman and the executive team will remain in place and Jim McGivern will join the board as Frontenac supports the company's continued organic and inorganic growth.

In January 2021 Victory Fire was merged into Noverra’s existing Thorpe Design business to create a larger, market-leading residential fire protection operator in Northern California.
