Novvia Group Acquires Rahway Steel Drum Company

Novvia Group, a Kelso & Company-backed national packaging platform, has acquired Rahway Steel Drum Company, a Cranbury, New Jersey-based distributor of drums, pails, IBCs and other rigid packaging solutions. The deal — financial terms not disclosed — expands Novvia's geographic footprint into the Northeast and adds distribution, reconditioning and dedicated logistics capabilities to its national platform.
