NTT DATA has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Postlight LLC, a digital strategy, design, and engineering company based in New York City. The deal is expected to close in the same month, and NTT DATA said it will use Postlight to strengthen its digital application development and modernization capabilities along with high-end design and digital transformation services.
