Nukkleus acquired a 51% controlling stake in Star 26 Capital Inc., which owns 95% of RIMON, an Israeli supplier and solutions provider for the Iron Dome missile defense system. The transaction was finalized on December 15, 2024 and included cash, a promissory note, Nukkleus stock and warrants, with an option to acquire the remaining equity later.
