(NV5) acquired Fulton Consulting Engineers through an asset purchase to strengthen NV5's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and energy efficiency capabilities in California and the Southwest. The acquisition expands NV5's buildings and energy efficiency offerings and is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings.
