NV5 to Acquire Group Delta

NV5, a technology, certification, and consulting solutions provider, agreed to acquire Group Delta, an infrastructure engineering, testing, and environmental PFAS services provider. Based in Irvine, California, Group Delta will add geotechnical engineering, materials testing, special inspections, forensics engineering, and PFAS/environmental compliance consulting capabilities to NV5’s Southern California infrastructure business.
