Leap Partners Acquires Conditioned Air Solutions, George Plumbing and Scenic City Heating & AC

Nashville-based home services consolidator Leap Partners has acquired three regional businesses — Conditioned Air Solutions (Huntsville, AL), George Plumbing (northern Alabama) and Scenic City Heating & AC (Chattanooga, TN) — as part of a rapid roll-up to expand its Southeast footprint. The acquired companies' owners will continue to lead their teams while Leap Partners provides back-office support (payroll, accounting, marketing) and operational resources to drive growth and improve employee and customer experience.
