Hydrofarm Holdings Group, Inc. agreed to acquire House & Garden, Inc. and affiliated entities for approximately $125 million, funded with existing cash, with the acquired businesses becoming wholly owned indirect subsidiaries. The acquisition expands Hydrofarm's branded nutrients portfolio (including the House & Garden and Mad Farmer brands), with House & Garden expected to generate about $55 million in 2021 net sales and the deal valuing the business at under 7x estimated 2021 adjusted EBITDA.

GrowGeneration Acquires Mendocino Greenhouse and Garden Supply

Cal-Maine Foods to Acquire Egg Production Assets of Fassio Egg Farms

The asset purchase expands Cal‑Maine’s cage‑free production capacity and market presence in Utah and the western United States; the deal is expected to close in the coming weeks subject to customary conditions.
