Coltala Holdings' Trudela Partners Acquires Metro Energy Savers and Walker Heating & Air Conditioning

Coltala Holdings, via its HVAC/home-services platform Trudela Partners, acquired two Dallas–Fort Worth HVAC businesses — Metro Energy Savers (Arlington, TX) and Walker Heating & Air Conditioning (Mesquite, TX). The transactions were supported by subordinated debt and an equity co-investment from Patriot Capital and are add-on acquisitions to expand Trudela's service footprint across the DFW metroplex.
