The add-on expands Arco's footprint in the manufactured housing and residential HVAC markets in the greater Houston area; terms were not disclosed.

The add-on expands Pueblo's presence into South Texas and will keep owner Frank Matz in place to continue overseeing the business.

Sila Services Acquires Central Cooling & Heating, Inc.

Sila Services, a home services platform, has acquired Central Cooling & Heating, Inc., a Woburn, Massachusetts-based HVAC provider founded in 1966 that serves the Greater Boston area. The acquisition is an add-on to Sila's platform as it expands its New England footprint and intends to retain and invest in Central's team while continuing to serve residential and commercial customers across the region.

Service Champions, a CenterOak Partners-backed residential home services platform based in Orange County, California, has acquired Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Air, the largest residential HVAC and plumbing provider in the Sacramento area. The deal expands Service Champions' footprint and adds to its portfolio of residential service agreements while Bell Brothers' co-founders Kenny and Jerry Bell will remain in leadership roles and become shareholders in the combined company.
