Xperience, a Bowmark-backed UK IT services and digital transformation provider, has acquired GCC Group Limited, a business applications and managed IT services provider serving SME clients across sectors including not-for-profit, construction and manufacturing. The acquisition expands Xperience's business application capabilities and consolidates the group's footprint in the UK; following the deal the combined group will have roughly 230 employees and serve over 1,400 clients.
