Riverside-backed CertaSite Acquires Teasley Fire Protection

CertaSite, a commercial fire protection platform backed by The Riverside Company, has acquired Teasley Fire Protection, a family-owned fire protection firm in Frankfort, Kentucky. The add-on expands CertaSite's geographic footprint into Kentucky and brings Teasley's fire sprinkler, extinguisher, suppression and emergency lighting services onto the CertaSite platform; owner Joe Teasley will remain with the business in a new role.
