Qualitest Acquires Q Analysts

Qualitest, a PE-backed global quality engineering firm, has acquired Q Analysts, a U.S.-based quality engineering and ground-truth data services provider. The deal adds roughly 600 engineers, expands Qualitest's US footprint with new test labs in California and Washington, and broadens capabilities in AR/VR/XR, IoT/smart device testing, and AI data assurance.

ALTEN Acquires QA Consultants

The acquisition brings QA Consultants' quality engineering, application security and performance testing capabilities into ALTEN's engineering and IT services portfolio while QA Consultants will operate as an independent subsidiary.

Qualitest Acquires Hyderabad-Based ZenQ

QualiTest Group Acquires Test Direct Limited

TA Associates Invests in QIMA

Frontier Capital Makes Growth Investment in GovQA

Frontier Capital has made a significant equity investment in GovQA, a SaaS provider of government workflow and public records management software. The capital from Frontier’s Fund V will support GovQA’s rollout of its Exchange Workflow Platform to government agencies nationwide, and Frontier has added Tim Bechtold (Vice President) to GovQA’s board.
