ALTEN Group has acquired substantially all of the assets of QA Consultants, a North American software quality engineering and testing services provider. The acquisition brings QA Consultants' quality engineering, application security and performance testing capabilities into ALTEN's engineering and IT services portfolio while QA Consultants will operate as an independent subsidiary.
