Igneo Infrastructure Partners Acquires Infinity Aviation Group

Igneo Infrastructure Partners, a global infrastructure investment manager, has acquired Infinity Aviation Group, a fixed‑base operator (FBO) platform headquartered in Nashua, New Hampshire, including on‑airport assets at Boire Field (KASH). Transaction terms were not disclosed; Igneo named Steven Levesque CEO of Infinity Aviation and said it will invest to grow and develop general aviation infrastructure across North America as part of its dedicated North American strategy.

IK Partners' Small Cap III Fund has signed an agreement to invest in STEIN HGS GmbH, a Germany-based B2B e-commerce specialist for barrier technology, construction site and facility management supplies. The stake is being acquired from Lennertz & Co. and founder Bodo Stein, both of whom will reinvest alongside IK to support growth, product range expansion and new customer acquisition.

Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo (PGNiG), via its Norwegian unit PGNiG Upstream Norway AS, agreed to acquire all assets of INEOS E&P Norge AS from INEOS for USD 615 million. The assets comprise predominantly gas-producing fields, exploration licences on the Norwegian continental shelf and an 8.2% interest in the Nyhamna gas terminal — a strategic move to boost PGNiG's Norwegian gas output and diversify Poland's gas imports.

Energy Infrastructure Partners Acquires Minority Stake in Fluxys

Energy Infrastructure Partners (EIP), together with a consortium of Belgian institutional investors, acquired a 19.85% stake in Fluxys; Macquarie Asset Management provided acquisition debt financing to support the transaction. The investment — announced in September and completed in February 2023 after Belgian regulator approval — positions investors to support Fluxys' role in European gas infrastructure and its planned expansion into hydrogen and CO2 infrastructure.

Igneo Infrastructure Partners Acquires AEDL (Auto-Estradas do Douro Litoral)

Funds managed by Igneo Infrastructure Partners have agreed to acquire AEDL – Auto‑Estradas do Douro Litoral from investment funds managed by Strategic Value Partners (SVP) and other minority investors. AEDL is the concessionaire for three toll motorways (A32, A41 and A43) around Porto (73 km); the concession runs through 2034 and the asset has shown strong traffic and cash‑flow growth under SVP's ownership. The sale is subject to customary grantor and regulatory approvals.
