Banyan Software has acquired 100% of Medtech Global, a New Zealand–headquartered provider of practice management and health technology solutions including Medtech Evolution, Artia, Medeor and ALEX. The seller parties were Advent Partners and Geoffrey Sayer (Medtech CEO), who will remain as CEO under Banyan's ownership; the deal strengthens Banyan's healthcare software footprint across Australia and New Zealand.

The purchase price is approximately USD 10.3 million (combination of cash, a promissory note and potential earn-outs); closing is expected in August 2021 and the acquisition is financed with ADDvise's own funds.
