Allied Universal Acquires Securadyne Systems

Allied Universal has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Dallas-based Securadyne Systems, a security systems integrator backed by Pamlico Capital. The acquisition (expected to close April 15, 2019) will create Allied Universal Technology Services — a technology-focused platform headquartered in Dallas — combining Allied Universal's security services with Securadyne's systems integration, monitoring and AI-driven capabilities.
