Sylogist Ltd. has acquired Information Strategies, Inc. (InfoStrat), a Washington, D.C.-based Microsoft Gold partner that provides Microsoft Dynamics 365-based software solutions and professional services to government and not-for-profit organizations. The acquisition will integrate InfoStrat into Sylogist's operations to broaden its ERP/CRM capabilities for public sector and nonprofit customers across the United States and Canada.

Cuadrilla Capital Acquires InfoDesk

Cuadrilla Capital has acquired InfoDesk, an enterprise intelligence management SaaS platform that serves nearly 100 Global 2000 customers. Tim Whitehorn will lead InfoDesk as CEO, with founders Sterling Stites and Lynn Epstein remaining in advisory roles; Cuadrilla plans to invest in the company's AI-enabled platform to accelerate organic and inorganic growth. Financial terms were not disclosed.
