Midland, Ontario-based LabX Media Group has acquired all information services assets of The Dark Intelligence Group (TDIG), including The Dark Report, DarkDaily, webinars, reports, and the Executive War College conference. TDIG founder and CEO Robert L. Michel is beginning a path to retirement and will serve as an advisor to ensure a smooth transition as LabX expands its laboratory-focused media and events capabilities.
