Verallia Acquires Allied Glass

Verallia has acquired Allied Glass from an affiliate of Sun European Partners (Sun Capital affiliate) for an enterprise value of approximately £315 million. Headquartered in Leeds, Allied Glass is a UK market leader in premium glass packaging (notably for Scotch whisky and gin), with around 600 employees, four furnaces in West Yorkshire and revenues of ~£138m in 2021 (estimated >£150m in 2022).

Salice Acquires Villes 2000 S.r.l.

Arturo Salice S.p.A. (Salice Group), a Cobepa-backed manufacturer of hinges and furniture fittings, has acquired Villes 2000 S.r.l., an Italian producer of aluminium sliding systems for furniture, interior doors and shower boxes. The deal is an add-on to Salice’s platform intended to expand its sliding-systems portfolio, leverage product synergies (including the Bortoluzzi brand) and strengthen its offering to furniture and interior markets.

TricorBraun Acquires Euroglas and Glaspack

TricorBraun has completed the acquisition of German-based Euroglas and Austrian-based Glaspack, two family-run distributors of rigid packaging solutions, to expand its packaging footprint in the DACH region. Both companies (founded in 1992) supply stock and custom glass packaging to food, beverage, wine, beer and spirits customers; financial terms were not disclosed.

Sun European Partners Affiliate Acquires Allied Glass

An affiliate of Sun European Partners, LLP has completed the acquisition of Allied Glass, a Leeds-headquartered manufacturer of premium glass packaging for the spirits and food & drinks markets. Allied operates two manufacturing facilities and a dedicated decoration centre in Yorkshire; Sun European Partners said it will work with management and invest to support the company's continued development (financial terms were not disclosed).

Astorg Acquires Majority Stake in Corialis from CVC Capital Partners

Astorg has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Belgian aluminium systems manufacturer Corialis from CVC Capital Partners Fund VI, with management reinvesting alongside the buyer. The deal was financed with an inaugural ESG-linked syndicated Term Loan B of more than €1 billion and positions Astorg to support Corialis' industrial investment programme, broaden its product offering and pursue international growth. Corialis is headquartered in Lokeren, Belgium and employs approximately 2,700 people across eight sites.

ODL, Inc. Acquires Verre Select

ODL, Inc., a Zeeland, Michigan-based door glass and building-products manufacturer, has acquired Verre Select, a specialty decorative glass maker headquartered in Terrebonne, Quebec. The acquisition folds Verre Select's operations and employees into ODL to expand product offerings and strengthen ODL's presence in the Canadian market.
