Eurofins Acquires Genetic Testing Service JSC (Gentis) in Vietnam

Eurofins Scientific, via its subsidiary Eurofins Clinical Testing Lux Sarl, has acquired Genetic Testing Service JSC (Gentis), a leading provider of specialised genetic and clinical testing in Vietnam. The acquisition expands Eurofins' clinical diagnostics footprint in Southeast Asia and adds Gentis' genetic testing capabilities and customer relationships with hospitals and consumers.
