Eurofins Scientific Acquires Infinity Laboratories

Eurofins Scientific has completed the acquisition of Infinity Laboratories, a U.S.-based contract testing group that operates eight laboratories and employs approximately 100 staff. Stirling Square Capital Partners has agreed to acquire Eurofins Scientific’s Digital Testing business for €220 million on a cash- and debt-free basis. The divested business — which was established in 2015, provides digital testing, quality assurance and cybersecurity services and employs over 600 staff — will be subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions; Baird acted as exclusive financial advisor to Eurofins.
