GENDA Inc., a Tokyo-based entertainment operator, has acquired Indigo NewCo Limited, an amusement arcade business managed by Inspired Gaming and based in Staffordshire, United Kingdom. The deal (closed Q4 2025) expands GENDA's footprint in the UK and enables the company to operate large-scale amusement arcades and deploy its Japanese-style games across European locations.
