Markel Insurance, the insurance operations of Markel Group Inc., has completed its acquisition of specialist marine managing general agent The MECO Group Limited (MECO) following regulatory approvals. MECO — which has offices in London, Dubai, Shanghai and Hamburg — will trade as MECO Specialty within Markel International’s Specialty division to support Markel's expansion in marine specialty markets.

AMECO Acquires F&M MAFCO

Modigent Acquires Tebarco Mechanical

The Manitowoc Company Acquires H&E Equipment Services' Crane Business

The acquired business will operate under Manitowoc’s wholly-owned subsidiary MGX Equipment Services, LLC and adds fourteen full‑service branch locations plus field service technicians to expand Manitowoc’s aftermarket capabilities and regional footprint.

Consolidated Equipment Group Acquires Agile Manufacturing Group

Consolidated Equipment Group (CEG), a portfolio company of Dominus Capital, has acquired Agile Manufacturing Group, LLC, a Granite, Iowa-based maker of agricultural, industrial and construction attachments marketed under the GrabTec and Miller Loader brands. The deal is an add-on to CEG's platform to broaden its product suite and expand into adjacent material-handling end markets; Agile founder Mike Feilmeier will remain in leadership as Vice President of Agile Products.
