The move expands BuildTec's geographic presence in Denmark and strengthens its product portfolio for window, door and kitchen manufacturers.

Mentha Acquires SH Group

Bregal Unternehmerkapital has agreed to acquire STP, a Karlsruhe-based legal tech provider, from Hg. STP — which employs around 200 people and serves over 1,800 customers with workflow automation, ERP, outsourcing and data solutions for insolvency and legal practitioners — will partner with Bregal to accelerate new product and service introductions; terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to customary approvals.

Funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital have acquired a majority shareholding in SEMA GmbH, a German provider of 2D/3D CAD/CAM and ERP/CRM software for the timber construction, stair and sheet-metal fabrication markets. The seller was LEA Partners; VIA Equity and CEO Alexander Neuß retained minority stakes. Bregal said it will support SEMA's internationalization and invest in product development and sales professionalization.
