Mentha Acquires Majority Stake in SPC Group

Mentha has acquired a majority stake in Belgian industrial coatings specialist SPC Group to accelerate the latter’s international growth, with the Netherlands as the initial expansion market. The founders, Anthony Demaerel and Yves de Mild, and the broader management team remain shareholders and will continue to run daily operations as Mentha supports further organic growth and acquisitive expansion.

Mentha Invests in Multitubes Group

Mentha, a Netherlands-based private equity firm, has taken a stake in Multitubes Group to support the company’s organic growth and enable strategic acquisitions. Multitubes, a Dutch manufacturer of sustainable polyethylene tubes serving cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical and industrial customers across Europe, employs about 135 people and will partner with Mentha to scale its sustainability and product-innovation efforts.
