Amsterdam-headquartered private equity firm Mentha has acquired HOLMRIS B8, Denmark's leading B2B supplier of furniture and interior design solutions. The founder and senior management will reinvest alongside Mentha as the firm pursues international expansion, buy-and-build opportunities and further development of HOLMRIS B8's sustainability offerings; the transaction is subject to Danish competition approval.
