Mentha Impact, the impact buyout fund of Amsterdam-based private equity firm Mentha, has taken a shareholder stake in Thermatras, a Dutch maker and installer of sustainable thermal insulation mattresses. The partnership is intended to accelerate Thermatras’ growth across shipping, industrial and utility end markets while maximising CO2 reduction through improved heat-loss prevention.

Dutch private equity firm Mentha has acquired a majority interest in Van Vulpen, a leading Netherlands-based contractor specializing in underground infrastructure networks and horizontal directional drilling. The deal, approved by the Dutch competition authority (ACM), positions Mentha to support Van Vulpen's continued growth, innovation (including electric drilling rigs) and controlled expansion while Management (Arjan de Nijs) remains a co-shareholder and active leader.

Mentha Invests in Epplejeck to Fund European Expansion
