Document Storage Systems, Inc. (DSS, Inc.) has acquired Alexandria-based SBG Technology Solutions, Inc., which will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary to expand DSS's services capabilities for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense and other federal agencies. The acquisition (closed September 8, 2021) will bolster DSS's Health IT, national security, cybersecurity and AI/ML capabilities to support government and commercial clients; financial terms were not disclosed.

TCDI Acquires Cicayda to Expand eDiscovery and Cybersecurity Capabilities

TCDI, a Greensboro-based provider of eDiscovery, litigation management and cybersecurity services, has acquired Cicayda LLC and will integrate Cicayda's iDiscovery platform and social media collection tool Novara into its technology suite. The deal is an add-on acquisition to TCDI (which is backed by Trivest Partners) intended to broaden TCDI's eDiscovery, managed review and cybersecurity capabilities.

The acquisition makes SB Cyber a wholly owned subsidiary of CISO Global and expands CISO Global’s managed security, EDR and detection-and-response capabilities for enterprise and government clients.
