The investment will support Insurance Technologies' continued development of a SaaS cloud-based sales and regulatory automation platform for the insurance and financial services industries and enable further strategic acquisitions.

NXTsoft Acquires Integrated Legacy Solutions

NXTsoft, a provider of intelligent risk management solutions, has acquired Birmingham, Alabama-based Integrated Legacy Solutions (ILS). The acquisition adds approximately $5 million of annual revenue, brings ILS's data conversion and migration technology into NXTsoft's portfolio, and will enable cross-selling of NXTsoft's compliance, data analytics and cybersecurity offerings to ILS's bank and credit union customers.

Earnix Acquires Driveway Software's Telematics Assets

Earnix has acquired the assets of Driveway Software Corporation, including a consumer telematics app and related team, to establish a new Usage-Based Insurance (UBI) and Behavior-Based Insurance (BBI) offering. The telematics capabilities will be integrated into Earnix's pricing, rating and personalization platform to enable real-time, personalized UBI/BBI offers and improved risk modeling for insurers.

Riskonnect Acquires ICIX to Expand ESG and Supply Chain Governance Capabilities

Enlightenment Capital-backed iNovex has acquired Innoplex, combining two long-standing intelligence-focused software and cybersecurity services firms. The deal creates a middle‑market intelligence and cybersecurity platform with more than 1,000 employees and roughly $2 billion in recent prime contract awards; Innoplex president Chris Hawthorne will serve as president of the combined company under iNovex leadership.
