Stamford-based private equity firm Olympus Partners has acquired Tank Holding Corp. from Leonard Green Partners. Tank, North America’s largest rotational molder (brands include Norwesco and Snyder), will partner with Olympus to pursue growth initiatives and expand its manufacturing and product capabilities.

Arcline Investment Management Acquires Rotating Machinery Services, Inc.

Arcline Investment Management, a growth-oriented private equity firm, has acquired Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. (RMS), an OEM and leading third-party provider of parts, repair, engineering, metrology and maintenance services for turbomachinery. RMS is headquartered in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, operates nine facilities, and will partner with Arcline and its management team to pursue growth in aftermarket turbomachinery services.

Rototech (Industry 4.0 Fund) Acquires Majority Stake in Tecnotri

Rototech, a portfolio company of Quadrivio Group's Industry 4.0 Fund, has acquired a majority stake in Tecnotri Indústria de Plásticos Ltda, a Brazilian rotational-moulding plastics manufacturer. The deal is an add-on to Rototech's platform to expand its product range and local manufacturing footprint in Brazil; founder Leonardo Segatt will retain a minority stake and the current management team will remain in place.

Cortec Group Acquires Rotating Machinery Services

Cortec Group, through Cortec Fund VI in partnership with RMS management, acquired Rotating Machinery Services (RMS), a Bethlehem, Pennsylvania-based provider of aftermarket repair, maintenance and overhaul services for large rotating machinery. The seller was Incline Equity Partners, which had been the prior institutional investor since 2015; RMS has ~200 employees, multiple service locations (including Houston), and serves a global customer base across industrial end markets.

Olympus Partners Acquires MEI Rigging & Crating from Dorilton Capital

Olympus Partners, a Stamford-based private equity firm, has acquired MEI Rigging & Crating (MEI), a national provider of rigging, machinery moving, millwrighting, industrial storage and crating, from Dorilton Capital. MEI operates 12 regional offices across the United States and serves end markets including datacenters, semiconductors and electric vehicles; Olympus said the acquisition will support MEI's next phase of national platform growth.

Industrial Service Solutions Acquires Rotating Mechanical Solutions Corporation

Industrial Service Solutions (ISS), a Houston-based industrial services provider, has acquired full ownership of Rotating Mechanical Solutions Corporation (RMSC), a Colorado-headquartered specialist in maintenance, repair and overhaul of large-scale rotating equipment. The acquisition expands ISS’s on-site preventive and predictive maintenance, testing and diagnostics, and motor/compressor sales and service capabilities across the western United States as an add‑on to ISS’s field service platform.
