Material Handling Systems, Inc. (MHS) has acquired eMotion Controls Co., a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based controls system integration and software company. The acquisition is intended to accelerate MHS's Lifecycle Performance Services (LPS) growth by adding controls, software and robotics integration capabilities across parcel sortation, fulfillment and distribution end-markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
