MyAdvice, a Lehi, Utah-based digital marketing platform, has acquired Ceatus Media Group LLC, a San Diego digital marketing agency specializing in medical, dental and elective healthcare. Tree Line Capital Partners provided debt financing for the transaction; financial terms were not disclosed. Ceatus leadership will support a transition—David Evans will serve as an advisor and Tamara Evans will remain leading client-facing efforts.
