PCM Trials Acquires EmVenio Research

Denver-based PCM Trials has acquired Durham-based EmVenio Research, the largest provider of community-based clinical trial sites served with mobile research units, to expand its decentralized clinical trial (DCT) capabilities and site network focused on underserved and underrepresented patient populations. The deal strengthens PCM Trials' ability to recruit and retain diverse participants through combined mobile research nurses, mobile research units and community-based sites across the U.S. and U.K.
